You have the same issue as many groups, currently only Alex is doing the required amount of work. Working in a group does not mean you all get the same grade, far from it. Leaving Alex to do all the work is unfair on Alex as he has an increased workload and only serves to highlight to the examiner how little you contribute to the group. When we mark the actual video the examiner will not accept a high grade for anyone other than Alex as there is currently little to no evidence that anyone other than Alex would be able to make a video.
Will is currently ungraded (1/20) as his summer work in incomplete, Ollie is working at an E- (4/20) as his summer work is only partially complete and contains many omissions. You have until friday to rectify this.
This is very disappointing. Your project will only be a success if you are all equally committed to it. The final marks will reflect the disparity in effort. I agree with everything Mr Smith has said.
